This is an exciting opportunity has arisen as a Business Intelligence Manager. Suitable candidates will be analytical, inquisitive and with great attention to detail, this opportunity is a great chance for you to engage with a dynamic team. You will provide all data and customer insight requirements which will enable you to make recommendations on how the business can enhance and maximise performance.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of working with data, specifically with analytics and reporting. Proficient in their ability and understanding of VBA and SQL programing. An understanding of relational database design and data structures. Communication is key to relaying instructions and directions to the team.
- Web Development experience preferred.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Advanced Excel skills.
What are the key aspects of this role?
With the ability to interpret complex data, you will be responsible for ensuring that the BI and IM team is at the forefront of data analysis and reporting so the business can identify income opportunities and enhance, monitor and maximise performance. Other responsibilities will include:
- Provide group wide MI support for this current project.
- To track our clients key performance indicators (KPI's), reporting on trend or target variances and ensure these are continually relevant to the business.
- Manage and maintain the BI and MI Intranet and Extranet sites.
- Utilise the functionality of Sharepoint to improve the management of requests to the MI Team.
- The ability to make recommendations to the business based upon insight provided through analysis.
