Location: Wauwatosa, WI 53226

Duration: 12 months (Contract)

Description:

  • To provide excellent customer service to our customers and/or internal work partners.
  • To assist and support the Applications Team by scheduling customer training events, escalating Commercial needs and negotiating schedule adjustments as needed.
  • Create and maintain financial and metric reports; recognize trends and bring recommendations for improvement to management team.

Key responsibilities/essential functions may include:

  • Provide excellent customer service for customers, both internal and external. Respond to inquiries via email and telephone
  • Receive training requests from customers, Sales and PM, and manage them in line with company policy and systems
  • Build up close relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust and answer and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the logistics of scheduling multiple clinical training events
  • Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service and speed of response time
  • Build effective relationships with internal work partners to understand impact on revenue
  • Provide knowledge and accurate information to internal and external customers
  • Able to facilitate weekly/monthly scheduling and metric review meetings
  • Maintain and communicate issues with Applications Team schedule
  • To access multiple databases and software. Must be proficient in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • To coordinate customer HQ training events to include: lodging reservations and transportation. Ensure HQ classroom is prepared for customer use
  • Work with internal partners to ensure customer is equipped with appropriate

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ideally would have 2 - 4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Must be a go-getter with a strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
