Duration: 12 months (Contract)
Description:
- To provide excellent customer service to our customers and/or internal work partners.
- To assist and support the Applications Team by scheduling customer training events, escalating Commercial needs and negotiating schedule adjustments as needed.
- Create and maintain financial and metric reports; recognize trends and bring recommendations for improvement to management team.
Key responsibilities/essential functions may include:
- Provide excellent customer service for customers, both internal and external. Respond to inquiries via email and telephone
- Receive training requests from customers, Sales and PM, and manage them in line with company policy and systems
- Build up close relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust and answer and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Develop solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the logistics of scheduling multiple clinical training events
- Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service and speed of response time
- Build effective relationships with internal work partners to understand impact on revenue
- Provide knowledge and accurate information to internal and external customers
- Able to facilitate weekly/monthly scheduling and metric review meetings
- Maintain and communicate issues with Applications Team schedule
- To access multiple databases and software. Must be proficient in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- To coordinate customer HQ training events to include: lodging reservations and transportation. Ensure HQ classroom is prepared for customer use
- Work with internal partners to ensure customer is equipped with appropriate
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ideally would have 2 - 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Must be a go-getter with a strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
