I am working with a global Unified Communications solutions provider who are looking to hire a Senior Contact Centre Engineer to design & deploy a large contact center solution for one of their customers in Mumbai, India.
You must have an extensive background in contact centre design & deployment projects covering UCCE/UCCX solutions.
The need is for a Senior Consultant with experience of deploying/running IT & Telephony systems in a contact centre environment as well as managing in-house staff, vendors or suppliers.
My client will be looking for creation of the IT strand in the overall project, overall design from a business perspective of the required architecture, capture of business requirements and engagement/ management of vendors to design & deliver the solution.
It will be an initial 9 months contract which will almost certainly be renewed for a longer period.
In addition to a daily rate, my client will pay for flights to Mumbai and will pay for return flights back to your country of origin every 4-6 weeks.
They will also pay for a fully-serviced apartment for you to stay in as well as contribute towards some expenses via a daily allowance.
My client will also be able to arrange a working visa for you to work in India.
Interview process will be via telephone and won't require travel to India beforehand.
