Description
One of our large clients is looking for an experienced operations lead to join their project team designing and building a contact centre.
You will have 10 years plus operational experience, preferably in contact centres.
You will be responsible for
- Leading the operations strand of a contact centre build project
- Design and deployment of operational processes
- Design of structure, roles, responsibilities and day to day management principles
Experience Required
- 10yrs+ Contact centre operational management
- Telco/ISP experience
Work is based in Mumbai, with return premium economy flights every 6 weeks. All travel and accommodation is provided.
