ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking an SAP ECC FI/CO Lead for a Direct-Hire opportunity in Dallas, TX. The SAP ECC FI/CO Lead will strategically design and implement Copart's Business Requirements across a platform of SAP and non-SAP systems. The SAP ECC FI/CO Lead will serve as a designer and liaison providing assistance to various members of the teams by understanding the business processes and requirements at a depth sufficient to design and implement the appropriate SAP functional solutions. The SAP ECC FI/CO Lead will apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies. The SAP ECC FI/CO Lead will lead the FI team and be especially knowledgeable with required SAP product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements and integration with other modules (FI, CO, FA, AR, AP, Tax and Banking) SAP's Business Intelligence, including gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out solutions to end users.
Perform Configurations/Create Functional/System Documentation
Design/Deliver End-User Training/Training Materials
Create/Develop/Review - Test Plans/Track Testing Results
Conduct Fit/Gap Assessments to Determine Areas of Configuration
Participate in POC (Proof-of-Concept) Analysis/Prototypes to Meet Business Requirements
Ensure Systems Design/Development by the BSA Satisfies all End-Client Needs
Prepare Detailed Functional Specifications for Development - Reports/Interfaces/Conversions/Enhancements/Forms, etc.
Prepare Project-Related Documentation During All Project Phases - Object Designs/Business Rules/Technical Information, etc.
Lead/Manage/Deliver All Assigned Project/Support Activities
Manage the Delivery of Master Data Projects/Services - Application Design/Development/Implementation/Testing/Global Support
Perform Resource Allocation/Balancing for Support Projects
Define/Design/Develop/Deliver Project Solutions to Specified Requirements on Schedule and on Budget
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of experience in the following skill sets
SAP ECC FI/CO Lead (2+ years) - Design/Custom Development/Enhancements
oLead/Manage Medium-to-Large Projects
oMUST have 3+ Full Lifecycle SAP ECC Implementations
oFull Integration with SD/MM/SM/BI Modules
oFacilitate Meetings to Gather Requirements/Present Solutions
oWorking Across Organizations in Global Environment
oDrive Completion of Functional Design Documents
oProject Scoping/Planning/Prioritization
oReview Technical Designs/Provide Feedback on Design
