Qualifications
Must have experience Scripting the business processes/Test cases.
Education and Experience
- BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience in systems characterization and in-depth performance testing experience.
Skills and Knowledge
- Prior experience with HP/Mercury LoadRunner.
- Prior experience working with remote teams.
- Excellent problem analysis and creative solution-building skills.
- Proven customer and relationship management experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of web technologies, Client Server, .NET and database systems.
- Experience Scripting web applications.
- Knowledge of UNIX, Linux, AIX and MS Windows Operating systems.
- Web Service, Application Server and Database Server tuning expertise - Tomcat, WebSphere, and Oracle.
- Prior experience evaluating HEAP/Memory issues and environment capacity problems.
- Experience performance testing DataWareHouse would be an added advantage.
- Experience working on projects using an Agile methodology would be an added advantage.
