SAP Trainer - 6 Months - London - Start ASAP !

My Client a global blue chip organisation based in London requires an SAP Training Specialist to come on board and provide expert support for a very exciting global project.

The project will consist of providing specialist and expert support in relation to the upgrade of existing training materials across 25 countries.

You will be liaising with and supporting teams across each country to update materials with the standard tools and applications used on the ERP programme including Assima ATS and Articulate Storyline in line with the retrofit strategy as created by the retrofit lead trainer.

This is for an immediate start with interviews taking place next week!

Skills & Requirements:

- Broad modular experience of SAP and experience of at least one project in a co-ordination/project management role across multiple countries/sites.
  • Experience in instructional design of SAP training materials
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders in different cultures
  • Excellent and demonstrable project management skills
  • Experience of multi country SAP projects
  • Solid understanding of training and development processes
  • Specific experience in MS office tools
  • Proven experience working with training development tools on large projects (Ideally Assima ATS and Articulate Storyline)


Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Lead Trainer to support the strategy
  • Ensure all courseware is integrated in the training curriculum and that materials are created to a high standard, quality materials and are consistent with agreed standards and templates
  • Analysis of existing BAU courseware to identify required updates
  • Working closely with country teams to agree scope
  • Managing and driving agreed scope to plan in line with the retrofit strategy
  • Provide support to in market teams in use of tools and templates
  • Provide guidance to in market teams to ensure standards are adhered to


Rate - £425 per day
Location - London.
Duration - 6 Months
Start Date - ASAP / Immediately
