Project Manager/Scrum Master Treasury IT - Our client, a major international bank, is currently looking an experienced Project Manager to act as Scrum Master and be responsible to lead and manage project teams using the a specific framework.Description:
Treasury IT provides technology services to its internal business partners globally. We, a dynamic and motivated team, are looking for a Project Manager (Scrum Master) in the area of DWH (data warehouse). This offer contains a highly interesting and responsible role in a fast growing area with focus on IT projects on Liquidity Management and Regulatory Reporting.
Key deliverables:
- Acting as Scrum Master and be responsible to lead and manage project teams using the specified framework
- Responsibility for the whole lifecycle of one or more IT projects from project initiation through to project implementation in using agile (scrum) methodology.
- Actively manage project against quality standards, targets and budget.
- Providing status updates periodically to stakeholders, clients and management globally.
- Opportunity to advance project management activities such as scope confirmation, definition of implementation approach, cost controlling, resource planning, milestone tracking and risk monitoring.
- Management of stakeholder and business clients.
- Continuously improvement of process efficiency.
- On-going focus on development of personal potentials and skills.
You offer:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Multiple years of experience in IT Project Management or in a similar role in an international IT area, preferably within the banking environment
- Deep knowledge of project lifecycles and methodologies (agile / scrum / SAFE)
- Strong team player and ability to work in international and heterogeneous team
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact on different levels
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, German is an asset
- Very good MS-Office skills
