Security operations centre (SOC) is the support & competence centre for providing operational security information, detecting and assessing security threats
Level system analyst: be able to analyze security threats and recommend counter actions
System knowledge & experience: telecom, Windows, Active Directory, web technology (HTML),
System Scripting, Office-Scripting
Security knowledge & experience: in penetration testing, intrusion detection, threat analysis, system
Forensics, website security
Program managers manage customer related and internal programs.
Technology architects deliver technology architectures based on customer requirements and assist the customer with budgeting & screening of the architecture and the interpretation of IT costs.
Service delivery owners are responsible for defining and monitoring the service levels and initiate appropriate (reactive and proactive) actions to ensure that the agreed service levels are respected.
