Sorting the mail into piles by bank account and type of communication
Updating an excel file with the type of mail received by bank account. Examples as follows

§ Credit/debit advices
§ Trade Confirmations
§ Acct analysis statements
§ NSF notices
§ Checks
Shredding documents as needed
Making copies as needed
Filing documents in binders as needed
Looking up account numbers in excel file or bank system to obtain Treasury Code used to group mail
Keeping track of checks received and amounts in an excel file
Analyzing mail communication and cross checking to master list to determine if paper mail should be eliminated or re-routed to another department
Communicate with Operations and Controllership on findings and summarize next steps for mail received
Skills/Background
4 year degree with major in Accounting/Finance (recent grad would be a great fit!)
Ability to lift boxes ~20 lbs
Desired GPA 3.0 +
8 to 12 weeks - may get extended
