Description
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a 4 month contract position in Orlando, FL. with solid modelling experience (preferably Auto Desk Inventor). This person will be responsible for full cycle machine development from inception through production. The position will involve multi-tasking and balancing multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate must work well in cross functional team environment. Ideally, the candidate will have experience utilizing servo systems. Candidate must be able to work under limited supervision.
Skills:
- BSME, but not mandatory for right candidates
- Experience with solid modelling software, preferably Autodesk Inventor
- Moderate knowledge of general manufacturing practices
Responsibilities:
- Design packaging machinery utilizing solid modelling software
- Responsible for maintaining accuracy of bill of materials.
