What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate has experience developing complex ecommerce solutions on the Magento platform and has expert knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with Magento Enterprise and Community Edition development.
- Successful completion of the Magento Certification Exam or willingness to take the exam
- Advanced knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery and experience with Zend Framework is essential
- Advanced knowledge of HTML & CSS with the ability to transform complex layout (PSD) into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML/CSS templates
- Thorough understanding of cross browser compatibility issues
- Experience incorporating custom fonts on the web utilizing tools like typekit, sift, cufon, etc.
- Proven ability to write clean structured and well documented code (Samples will be requested)
- Integration experience with Sage, Quickbooks, Wordpress, Salesforce and APIs in general and ERP/stock management systems
- Experience using LAMP and SVN development environment and version control
