Seeking a self-motivated, highly energetic individual to assist the Sales Analyst Team in a few areas of their daily routine tasks. The primary focus of this assignment is support the sales team with researching and tracking information which consists of contract bid and deduction research and resolution, assisting the team in compiling audit documentation to process trade payments and other ad hoc requests. This position includes a lot of research.

SKILLS:

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with SalesForce in the past.
  • Must be proficient Microsoft Office Application experience, primarily in Outlook, and Lync.
  • Excel, intermediate with some calculations. Knowledge of Excel should be on the higher side.
  • Must be organized and detailed
  • Will be dealing with the buyers and must be self-motivated
  • Must have A/R and A/P skills (preferred)
  • Reconciliations (preferred)
  • Paying customers invoices/clearing customer deductions, (preferred)
  • Researching and resolving contract rebate issues
  • This individual will need to have strong organizational skills
  • Experience with support to sales teams
  • Detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Assertive with regards to policy matters
  • Action oriented and should follow workflow management.
