Description
We are searching for a senior SAP CRM IS-U functional Analyst for a 4 month contract with possibility of an extension.
Start date:
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Responsibilities:
- Consultant with end users and senior stakeholders in business to identify the business need
- Help to create a solution for CRM and IS-U (including impact on operational Sales and Marketing functionality)
- Help with the writing of test scenarios to end the test team and the end users to make the right to carry out tests
- Carry out support and testing activities
- Document the new functionalities in an understandable and clear way in order to allow members to understand this new functionality.
Technical skills:
- Functional knowledge of energy market, with focus on marketing & sales of gas & electricity.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM 5.0 and SAP IS-U (ECC 6.0), with focus on SAP IS-U Contract Management, Business Master data and Technical Master data.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in the collection, analysis and describe requirements with regard to Sales & Marketing processes in the energy market.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
