Oracle, Java, Developer, Brussels, Contract, €500 p/d, March
My international client is currently looking for an Oracle Developer with knowledge of Java. This is a 6 month contract, based in Brussels.

As an Oracle Software Development Engineer you contribute to the design, development and delivery of the Business' managed security services fully in-house developed software infrastructure.

You will be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated Data Management development team, and work closely together with the quality assurance and operations teams, actually using the software.

You extend our current software in supporting new security products and security features assisted by a team of product experts.

You keep track of the short term planning and provide all necessary deliverables throughout the development cycle.

You create, execute and document unit testing, necessary to ensure that the software components meet the requirements set up front;
- You apply existing standards for programming, naming, security and performance; and you provide proper code documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:

A good working knowledge of English

work experience: min. 5 years

Oracle: SQL, PL/SQL

Data modelling
-
ETL processes
- Programming experience with any other programming language (Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.)
- Knowledge and working experience with Oracle databases JDBC and/or JPA, MyBatis.
Additional Qualifications:

Oracle OBIEE

Security/Certification business

Big Data or NoSQL databases
