Seeking a sharp and creative technologist to join a small, but thriving, Chicago start-up company. The firm is well funded, and views technology and top of line developers as vital investments for their future plans.The company, which specializes in developing software for financial firms, will need to hire mid and senior level developers to work on the we applications full life cycle.
Candidates should be experienced/skilled in:
- Core Java
- Spring or Hibernate
- Relational databases
- Multi-threading
- Agile development
- Testing tools
- Maven
- continuous integration
- JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML
The following skills are not required, but a plus!:
- NoSQL databases
- Experience with Ruby or Scala
- Hudson, Jenkins
- Git
- Gradle
- financial industry experience
