Description
Basic FunctionThe position is responsible for development of the project management practice in project execution planning & control consistent with current company Business Plans, training objectives and HSE policy.
The position supports management activities of multiple projects covering the execution strategy planning in proposals, scheduling and control in project execution, status analysis and reporting, study of necessary countermeasures.
The position reports to the division management and is responsible for monitoring of project status/trend and performance evaluation in light of consistency with project requirements and plans
Assists the Control Managers and/or Project Management in education of the time management for project team members including discipline management.
Maintains the education to enhance the time management capability in the Company.
Responsible in development of knowledgement basis, practices and procedures for the time management through the analysis of actual feed back datum from various projects.
Responsible for planning and allocation of staff and other resources within the department in charge.
Promote the implementation of Quality Management and professional performance.
Qualified as a proven expert in project management profession, the position shall provide its expertise and contribute directly to the project execution, when requested, by assisting project management in solving problems, in developing remedial plans and support for other activities of the project.

Technical and Academic Requirements
BSc Degree or equivalent technical ability developed through practical experience gained in the appropriate discipline
15 or more years progressive applicable experience with at least 10 years of experience in the Petrochemical or related industries and at least 5 years experience in management positions.
