Description
The Epic analyst supports the Epic implementation team and will help with Go-Live support.Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as first level of support and triages system problems
- Perform daily monitoring of applicable data courier interfaces and escalate errors or warnings to team lead
- Coordinate with other teams to provision end users in Epic
- Assist in the upgrade of applicable software or enhancement to existing workflows
- Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with hospital and departmental policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of applications; including 24/7 on call coverage as required
Skills & Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must obtain Epic certification in relevant modules within 1 year of employment date
- Database management experience (Oracle, SQL, MUMPS, etc.)
- Knowledge on system security authentication and authorization techniques
- Ability to diagnose and resolve routine technology problems
- Willingness to learn and work with new technology and processes
Contract, 12-18 months, $80-$100/hr
