Description
For 1+ year contract on client site in Houston, TX we're looking for a SAP BI architect. The client is an energy exploration and production company.The BI Architect is responsible for the overall technology aspects of client's Business Warehouse.
The architect has a key technical role and thorough understanding of presentation tools, extract/transform tools, database engines, data design and technical infrastructure.
The major responsibilities are:
* Thorough understanding of the standard BI architecture
* Design custom data models and InfoObject solutions to address the business requirements
* Integrate SAP tools from extractors to presentation layer
* Design and review the technical aspects of the data warehouse
* Review technical work of other team members
* Review and participate in testing of the data design, tool design & data extracts/transforms
