Support AnalystOur client in Midtown Manhattan is looking for an experienced Support Engineer to fill a full time position. Salary is K. Work visas cannot be transferred. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1&2 support on demonstration and test systems
- Identify and quickly resolve any issues that may arise in systems
- Develop and maintain monitoring and instrumentation tools
Requirements
- At least 2 years of support in experience in finance
- Personal drive to work with a team in a high pressure production environment
- Ability to handle several projects at once and prioritize according to urgency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SQL and C++
- At least 3 years experience in object oriented development and Relational Databases
- At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
