Service Transition Manager - Chester - 3 month initial contract - £300 - £340/dayAn experienced Service Transition Manager is required by our management consultancy client for a contract based in Chester. The Service Transition Manager will be responsible for coordinating the process of ITIL Service Transition and ensuring that all new systems and implementations are transitioned to support and maintenance efficiently.
The Service Transition Manager will have excellent communication skills and will have previously been responsible for enforcing set service transition checkpoints before implementations can proceed. They will need to advise the client on project implementations and make recommendations to a Service Introduction Board.
