Description
We are looking for an Electronic Engineer to join one of our clients in a new design role. They are an established company specialising in the design, development and manufacture of a range of equipment including monitoring systems using wireless sensors, data concentrators, network communications and servers.The Electronic engineer that we are looking for should have in the region of 5 years relevant experience working in Analogue, digital and microcontrollers. The skills needed are:
Analogue design including op-amps, filtering, transducers, pressure, A- D and D-A conversion, DC power supplies both linear and switch mode.
Digital design including digital discrete devices and FPGA in VHDL.
Microcontroller including developing and debugging using C and assembler. Experience of some or all of PIC, Atmel AVR and ARM based microcontrollers would be beneficial.
Schematic and PCB design, experience with Protel and/or Altium would be an advantage.
You will be actively encouraged to come forward with any ideas or suggestions for new products, product improvements, and ways to reduce costs or improve the efficiency of our client.
