Chief Technology Officer - S Wales - £kComputer Futures are currently seeking a senior individual to join a key client as their new Chief Technical Officer, based in the South Wales region.

You will have the following skills to succeed in this role:
- Demonstrable experience at a senior level of delivering similar or larger scale transformational change to business processes and legacy IT systems leading to cost savings and service improvements for customers.
- Capable of evidencing the ability to effectively engage with technical staff, suppliers and stakeholders within a similar complex environment, to define the best approach to service design and implementation to achieve business/user objectives.
- Experience of developing technology strategies and the delivery of associated large scale technical services, solutions, architectures and technologies.
- Implementing legacy retirement or transition strategies while managing the ongoing delivery of technical services of a similar scale and complexity.
- Use of agile project management techniques and working practices, open source, cloud platforms and digital services.
- Leading an IT function of a similar size and defining and delivering improvements to internal processes to ITIL or equivalent standards.
- Effectively managing relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders across a similar size organisation and producing clear and non-technical advice on complex issues.
