Computer Future are currently representing a leading provider of Residential Childcare, Education & Foster Care, and we are looking for an Operations Director to drive the quality and operational expertise of their South region.Reporting directly to the board of directors this role is a fantastic opportunity to join a great organisation at a time of exciting change across the company.
As an Operations Director you will establish, ensure and maintain a high quality of service provision within your designated regions. You must achieve budgeted revenue and profit figure, managing how the service are shaped and delivered to include contracts, tendering, existing and new businesses coupled with the responsibility for budget setting, management and analysing financial performance in order to delivering sustainable efficiencies
Desired Skills and Experience
* You will have experience of working with children and people in the Social / Health care sector with an understanding of Ofsted regulations being a distinct advantage.
* You will have proven operational and commercial ability in order to implement and drive the company strategy forward whilst understanding and adapting to the changing market place.
* Above all you will be a skilled communicator with sound business acumen and an in-depth understanding of the social care sector.
This role is paying between £60-80,000 salary.
