A client based in Cambridge is looking for an Embedded C, Linux, IPTV, Software Engineer for an initial three month contract position.The role will be working on open standards based Embedded software solutions and services for the IPTV and Broadband television device market.
Key skills:
Essential:
- Proven experience of writing robust, efficient, portable, maintainable code in C.
- Experience of writing code for devices with limited resources eg memory and CPU.
- Embedded Linux or other Embedded OS.
- Knowledge of IPTV standards such as RTP
