One of the world's leading law firms is currently looking to hire an experienced Systems Support Analyst to be responsible for 3rd Line technical support (Windows / Apple iOS and OSX, and Android operating systems) to all users in the London office. This role has a lot of depth; as well as the day-to-day 3rd line support of the standard Desktop following the core ITIL framework, the role holder will be required to be a Subject Matter expert on the support, administration and management of the firm's BYOD related technologies and business applications.Essential Skill Set:
- Strong technical support (windows) - 3rd line support
- Strong BYOD / Mobile Device support - Iphones (OSX/iOS)/Android/Mac's - experience of applications such as Moka5 / Good app ideal
- Active Directory, Group Policy skills
- Experience with SCCM / Systems Center 07/12
- Automation experience, ideally Powershell
