Real Staffing is currently working with our Edinburgh based banking client to assist them with the recruitment of an additional person for their Compliance and Risk function.They are seeking someone who comes from a Regulatory Compliance or Conduct Risk background to join their Audit function that provides independent assurance on the effectiveness of the control frameworks in place.
In the role, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of audits that will provide the reliable independent assurance that is required, and feedback into the business areas where there is room for improvement in the control framework. This will necessitate you keeping abreast of regulatory changes.
