SAP ISU-FICA Consultant - 6 Months - West MidlandsMy client, a global consultancy company requires an SAP ISU-FICA Consultant for an initial 6 Month contract!
This position is for an Immediate start!
Skills & Requirements
- You should have experience of End to End Business process knowledge within SAP ISU Utilities
- Hands on Experience Payment process, Collection Management, Main Sub mapping with GL Account, Collection Agency process & Payment Plan & Industry Flow
- Handling high volume of support issues and priority tickets with adherence to SLA's
- Analysis of change requests (CR's) and enhancements
- Documentation of Functional specification for the enhancements
- Estimation planning for the new Enhancements.
- Providing functional inputs to the technical teams for solution development.
- Preparation of test scripts from functional specifications in test plan.
- Performing functional testing for CR's and enhancements in Dev, Quality and Pre-production environments and releasing to production environment.
- Guiding users during the user acceptance testing phase.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
