Description
Our client in the Banking Sector is seeking a Financial Accountant ASAP for an interesting role in Zurich.Responsibilities:
* Financial and operational accounting for the balance sheet of the parent company in Switzerland
* Work on the supervision, accounting, plausibility check and commentary of the balance sheet items and provisions (for credit risk, operational risk, restructuring & other)
* Produce internal reports and regulatory Statistics with plausibility check and commentary
* Prepare for audits and SOX compliant documentation
* Collaborate with internal partners (including operational risk, treasury, controlling and front-line units)
* Support strategic projects
Experience:
* BA or MA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business computer sciences.
* Professional experience in accounting, ideally in a financial environment
* Very good written and spoken German and good English
* Working experience and computer skills (MS Office, Access, Excel)
* Experience in the context and architecture of databases (Access)
