ITIL Service Control and Assurance Officer, Alicante Spain

We require an English-speaking IT IL Service Control and Assurance Officer with at least 3 years experience of defining ITIL processes/Service Catalogue, knowledge of ISO9001 and IT Quality Control, for our client in Alicante for a long-term assignment (1 year, renewable) in an International environment in a great location on the Spanish coast.

THE ROLE

Consultant specialising in ITIL processes (ITSM) and ITIL Foundation certified, or Service Manager, who will provide the services of analysis, definition and design of ITIL processes, and assist in the development of the Quality Plan.

Responsibility for the evolution of models and processes and ensuring compliance processes.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • The definition of ITIL processes;
  • Experience in developing the Service Catalogue;
  • Experience in developing a Quality Plan;
  • Monitoring the evolution of ITIL processes, and reporting.

Experience:

  • Knowledge of ITIL; Certification essential;
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Knowledge and experience in Quality Control of IT processes.

LANGUAGES

A high level of both spoken and written English is required. Minimum accepted level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework). Spanish is valuable but not essential.

Candidates should be eligible to work in Spain, as we cannot process work permits.

CVs should be provided in English and Word, preferably in Europass format.
