Intranet Project Manager - French, Flemish/Dutch - Brussels

Our Client is urgently looking for a French- and Dutch-speaking Intranet Project Manager to work in Brussels.

Within the department Branding, Communication & Culture, you will report to the head of Employee Communications & Engagement. The mission of Employee Engagement & Communication is to develop, animate and support a dynamic and interactive communication style within the company, in line with the values and EVP. We want to make sure all employees are well informed about what's going on at the company and this in a most transparent way. By communicating effectively and in a positive but honest way, we also want to increase the engagement and sense of pride of our Employees.

In an enthusiastic team, with currently a high workload, you will provide support as a project manager on the complete renewal of our current corporate Intranet portal.

The role
We are currently looking for an experienced project manager with a background in Communications. You will work within the team Employee Communications & Engagement and will manage the project new Corporate Intranet Portal. The project has concludes its start-up phase and now needs to be continued & implemented. The project is complex in the sense that it involves many stakeholders & many different steps to take with different groups of people.

You will be responsible for the project management of this Project:

  • Make sure there is a good planning & a strict follow up.
  • Provide clear documentation & reporting on the project.
  • Liaise with the different internal stakeholders & create buy-in along the way.
  • Follow up with external providers where necessary.
  • Provide help in the communication plan for the project.

The project manager will be accompanied by the project owner, namely the head of Employee Communications & Engagement.

Business experience required

  • Experience with Corporate Intranet.
  • Experience with Prince II
  • Experience in large organisation ( employees)

Technical experience required

  • Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with SharePoint.
  • Familiar with digital evolutions in the market.
  • Up to date about communication trends.

Functional experience required

  • Huge Experience in Project Management
  • Huge Experience in Communications
  • Experience in liaising between business & IT

Personal Skills

  • Positive attitude.
