The Campus Recruiting Project Manager will work independently or with matrixed teams to project manage operational initiatives and projects within the Talent Acquisition organization. This will involve driving moderately complex projects and/or components of larger projects. This may include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors (or consultants) in order to deliver according to plan.

Project Management
Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, including gathering requirements, identifying and securing resources/team members for projects, timelines, and project milestones
Responsible for end to end management of campus operational projects. Examples include-
o Ensure reporting is completed by Area and HQ reporting contacts and liaise with Wireless/Wireline contacts on any reporting issues
o Partner with HRBPs on mapping of candidates and provide oversight/guidance to ensure offers are extended quickly and in line with campus guidelines
o Oversee campus events- ensure the right resources are aligned to each event, attendees are trained, and that coordinators have all pieces in place. Identify and resolve any gaps or issues.
Analyze events/schools and ROI for events to identify areas of improvement in our campus presence/approach

Training and Communication
Develop and deliver communications for various audiences-
o Communicate updates to recruiters/HRBPs (HQ and Area)
o Provide executive level updates around campus projects and recruiting progress
Create and deliver training for recruiters and business reps engaged in campus activities
Provide interpretation, guidance and consultation to HRBP and business organizations on campus recruitment programs and practices
Partner with Wireline, Corporate, and other Wireless teams on campus recruiting initiatives

Process Improvement
Identify process improvements for campus processes and lead implementation of improvements.
Lead cross-enterprise team as needed to ensure alignment across LOBs on process changes and enhancements

Reporting and Executive Summaries
Prepare executive reports/summaries for various strategy, ops review, and planning sessions

Experience
4+ years HR project management experience
Previous recruiting experience required, campus recruiting experience preferred
Experience managing projects in a large organization
Experience leading cross-functional project teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Strong analytic, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interpret data and make data-based decisions

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related major
Masters degree preferred
