Description

Our Client has a uses the Microsoft System Centre Service Manager (SCSM) and System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) platform for critical ICT functions including Help Desk Automation, Asset Management and Production applications management.

Responsibilites:

  • Conduct a review of the current SCSM 2012 SP1 environment and Service Desk Portal incorporating a functional analysis and Technical analysis of the environment.
  • SCSM Configuration Management review and customization.
  • Service Desk portal Forms (service request) and workflow redesign where identified through the review of SCSM and Service Desk Portal in its present state.

Required skills:

  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft System Centre 2012 suite.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience developing and supporting Microsoft SCSM 2012 SP1 application within an Australian Government context.
