Description
My client is a major organisation based in Amsterdam Holland. They are looking for a SQL Technical Specialist that will be hands on implementing a data warehouse for reporting & analysis using SQL Server tools based on (functional) specifications from BA or personally involved in setting up specifications. The model will be based on large amounts of data that need to be used daily.
Functional Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Datamodelling in general
- Knowledge of Datamodelling with large amounts of data
- Ability to write technical specifications for data model & reports
- (Ability to write functional specifications for data model & reports)
- Ability to advice on design choices.
- (Basic) knowledge of Financial accounting
Technical Skils
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server 2008 R2
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) 2008R2
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) 2008R2
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2008R2
Soft Skills
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge of new processes
