ICT Technician
Walsall, West Midlands
3 month initial contract
£8.60 per hour
My Public Sector client based in Walsall is currently looking for an ICT Technician to join them on a 3 month initial contract.
Role responsibilities:
* Provision of ICT support to customers via email, telephone, in person and remote methods
* Advising on the best use of ICT for the client
* Responsibility for the production and maintenance of quality documentation
* Providing appropriate training, including any supporting documentation, to users at all levels
* Working with customers and other team members to develop appropriate solutions to meet functional, technical and financial requirements, through to delivery and ongoing support
* Supporting other ICT team members
* Liaising with third parties as appropriate
* To keep abreast of, and conversant with, all relevant legislation, technological developments and techniques
* Develop positive and open working relationships with staff and customers
