Real Staffing is currently working closely with our client, a leading financial institution who are looking for an additional Customer Insight Analyst to join their team.

This is a new role in the team, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing key strategic customer analysis that will deliver meaningful insight back to the business allowing them to shape their business moving forward.

Your insight and analysis will cover current operational performance, and your information will be seen as a valuable part of future business planning. You will be working with business leaders to help them shape short and long term plans. You will have strong stakeholder management skills to allow you to manage the relationship you have with business leaders, and strong project planning and delivery skills to allow you to deliver what the business needs.

To be successful in this role, it is likely that your skills and knowledge will include a mix of financial business operations (customer contact methods, contact centres, collections or fraud) and statistical analysis techniques.
