IT admin - Incident Logging

Location: Manchester

Length: 3-6 Months

Rate: £8-10 per hour DOE

I am searching for an IT administrator who thrives off a fast paced and busy environment and capable of dealing well with a level of calls.

You will be joining my clients busy and exciting service delivery team on a 3-6 month contract to begin ASAP.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within this type of environment and be comfortable logging any issues that are called through.

You will be the initial point of contact for my clients 7000 users and must give the highest level of customer service and gain a good understanding of the customers needs or issues. You will then be expected to log the incidents and report them to the relevant point of contact , in most incidents this would be likely to be the 1st line technicians who will resolve the issue.

You will be based on site for a normal working week, based in Manchester.

If you have excellent communication skills and pride yourself on your efficiency, this may be the role for you!
