Your tasks:
- Provide Security Expertize Consultancy
- Responsible for establishing cooperation among the members of a project team who are involved in internal information security functions
- Champions standards and recommendations for security measures
- Operating budgets, identifiy project controls, prioritize team functions and direction, assign tasks and review subordinates' work
- Manage the information security team to develop and implement security processes and procedures
- Manage the risk assessment resolution process
- Responsible for coordinating any security auditing procedures
- Develop security protection and auditing policies and procedures
- Responsible for promoting information security awareness.
- Determine new methods and develop new procedures for accomplishing work
- Interface with department/business to identify and coordinate security projects
- Supervise staff and make personnel decisions
- Work within operating budgets, identify project controls, and prioritize and direct team functions.
- Stay abreast on the latest industry trends and best practices in IT information security.
- Interface with all levels of management to negotiate project priorities and outcomes.
- Effectively relate his/her technical expertise to varying organizational needs.
- Resolve customer problems or concerns in a timely manner that exceeds normal expectations.
- Maintain clear and open communications with project teams members and customers.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Mimimum of 5 years Management experience
- At least 6 years of experience within IT Security projects
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities.
- Effective decision-making capabilities.
Language skills :
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
