Description
System Dynamics has an urgent requirement for a Project Manager to work with our client on a Billing project based in Dublin city centre.
Our client is in the middle of a major transformation of work on the Billing to Commercial/Non-Domestic Customers.
Several Teams, across various Local Authorities, are gathering information on the Billing Services and Meter Reading Services, Printing and Postal Services that are currently in existence within all the Local Authorities.
The PM will need to assess the impact that this has on existing contracts that Local Authorities have for the above mentioned services and the changes that will be required as we migrate these services.
The Project Manager will be responsible for gathering the contractual information and assessing (along with the Client) the changes that will be required as we move to the new model.
The skills required are therefore:
1. Previous experience of Services Contracts
2. Empathy during the Change Process
3. Diligence in following Regulated Procurement Rules
4. Excellent Communication Skills
5. Pro-active in identifying risks, issues and dependencies
6. Ability to co-ordinate activities across multiple teams
7. Individuals must of set up and run a Model Office.
