Our client requires a Workstream Project Lead - Dutch Speaking
Description/Requirements:
Focused on business outcomes and experience working across more than one client business;
Critical - strong stakeholder management skills and business process change;
Lead across a complex group of stakeholders -including Reps. Business, SME 's and Supplier project team members;
This project requires a "hands on ' Project Workstream Lead who will not only execute the project but will usefull be hands on in understanding and developing the design and solution, Identifying and Mitigating risks, and engaging with process owners, operational leaders, and business ensurement representatives to focus on fit for purpose outcomes and speedy resolution of issues;
MS Office - Work, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio;
Understanding of petrol chemical energyoutsourced infrastructure environment: experience working with petrol chemical energy outsourcing ( infrastructure ) supplier is an advantage ( HP );
As JML 's Implementing new processes, a key item is being skilled in business process change;
Full project life cycle experience from project management, business analysis, design and build through to implementation and embedding process.
Desirable:
Experience with petrol chemical energy IT Request Management process;
Preference for solid understanding of Service Management/Service Delivery processes Especially Service Level Management;
Understanding in a short period of time, the complex process and tooling solution already in place and will be built upon as part of this project.
