Overall:
Manages moderately complex projects or multiple simple projects.
Total Managed Project Budget: Up to $5M
Project Complexity

Up to 5 interdependent Work Tracks
Projects may involve enhancements to 3-5 different applications requiring multiple interdependent project tracks
Scope of project work is primarily within a single business unit or function, and may have minimal integration with other business units or functions (eg all work is self contained within a sub-portfolio).
Project Lifecycle Management:
(Managing delivery of project including technology work)
Understands all project delivery life cycle phases and applies knowledge in the delivery of at least two phases of the project delivery life cycle May oversee the receipt and deployment of hardware/software.
Ensures project alignment with business strategy and architecture.
Develops solutions that align with strategic direction and standards.
Minimum of 4 years experience
(5-8 years related experience)
All areas under Intermediate Project Manager, and:
Thorough knowledge of policies, practices and systems.
Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Full knowledge of industry practices.
Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.
Participates in internal and external forums to develop expertise in project management methodologies. Applies concepts to resolve issues in creative and effective ways
Applies IT methods or recognized equivalents appropriate to the specific needs of the project/client
Prefer HealthCare and Information Technology experience and knowledge
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects in the designated service area(s), ensuring the delivery of IT solutions and services that provide the highest value in support of capital construction & network infrastructure projects.
