Description
The application analysts will be responsible for providing analytical and process support to the Epic team and the end users of various Epic systems. The position will evaluate user requirements, provide build recommendations, provide supervision to the team, and enhance the overall systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Performing in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and any other issues with Epic software
- Assist in enhancing the overall utilization of the Epic system
- Assist staff in developing better practices to improve configuration and documentation processes
- Troubleshooting application issues
- Evaluation of new module releases
- Enterprise workflow improvement and assist in implementing
Education and Experience:
- Degree from a four year university, preferrably in IT, Communication, relevant healthcare, management, or Business
- Experience in business analysis
- Experience with regulatory standards, healthcare laws and finance
