We are currently recruiting for a large Pharmaceutical company here in the San Francisco Bay Area and are seeking a Quality Systems Sr. Manager/Associate Director to join an established team. This is a fast paced environment with limitless opportunity for growth and a massive earning potential! This person will inherit a small group and will have a good mix of leading projects and managing Quality Specialists.Requirements:
- Previously been system owner for Deviation/CAPA management systems
- Strong history of creating metrics and analyzing them for usable presentations to senior management
- Experience with people management and very strong communication skills
- Harmonizing systems from company acquisitions (preferred)
- Pharmaceutical solid oral dosage (preferred)
- Experience defending Quality Systems to regulatory bodies (preferred)
- Inspection readiness (preferred)
- Process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma (preferred)
- Large company, robust systems experience
- 4 year degree in related field
