Senior .Net C# Developer WANTED - Oxford - £50k +BenefitsSenior Developer with Leadership experience wanted to join an award winning FTSE100 software house provider and develop/mentor junior developers.
As a senior developer you will help create large scale software solutions end to end, acting as the technical expert through the full delivery cycle. A large part of the role will be as a leader and mentor for other developers, acting as a point of referral and assisting in their development.

Experience - 5years +
*Full software development lifecycle
*Managing iterative delivery (Agile, scrum, etc)
*Experience of unit testing and test driven development
*Understanding of various enterprise level technologies related to software design (middleware, Infrastructure, etc)
*Strong teamwork ethic with a proven ability to work collaboratively
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
