Role:This role is an opportunity for an individual with advanced technical skill to join a well established team.
The development will often be required in tight timescales due to the changing demand within the business, whilst a key focus will also be on driving efficiencies through continuous improvement activity. Keeping team management up to date, the individual will interact with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that what is provided meets requirements and data / MI retains integrity. You will be expected to provide challenge to ensure that delivery of the outputs meet customer requirements.
- Review, amend and create database extracts from multiple data sources ensuring output is robust and efficient
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and inventory of all the available MI data sources, reports and analysis including meeting End User Computing requirements, where appropriate
- Manage key stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure accuracy and consistency of data and MI reporting
- Share technical learning and personal development to support all team members
- Demonstrable advanced understanding of MS Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Access with demonstrable understanding of their interaction / data link capabilities including coding with VBA and SQL
- Strong planning and organisational skills, specifically the ability to carry out a number of different tasks to short deadlines and with high degree of quality
- Strong analytical skill set with ability to solve problems and think through issues individually or as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of the importance of clear and regular communication
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
