Overview:
Solutions services provider is currently recruiting for an exciting Customer Care Data Analyst position. The successful candidate will join the Customer Care Team which performs customer data analysis within an online context. You will be assisting clients with the analysis of customer journeys online and will be advising them on how best to capitalise on their potential on the internet. This is a career progressive opportunity within an award winning services provider in the South West.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in related subject
- Proven aptitude with CRM systems, Salesforce, MS Excel reporting and dashboarding
- 2-5 years of experience with data analysis
- Efficiency with data entry
- Fluent in English and one other European language
- Attention to detail with a proactive, can do attitude
- Committed to accurate and quality work
