Description
An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Supervisor to support a portfolio of projects taking place within a busy pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.Acting as the ‘client representative’ you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. This will involve managing a mixture of external service providers.
Background required:
*Proven background acting as a client representative
*Extensive experience in delivering full lifecycle construction projects
*Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Risk Assessment and Health & Safety
*Preferably a background in managing construction projects within a pharmaceutical environment
Skills/Experience required:
*Preferably degree qualified within Construction or Civil Engineering
*Good proven background in acting as a client representative
*Proven background as a Construction Supervisor/Manager
*Preferably with prior experience working within the pharmaceutical sector although other regulated industries such as Food/Drink or Petro-Chemical would be considered
*Must have a good track record of delivery projects from concept to handover within budget and on time
*Good communication skills along with an eye for detail
*Strong experience in managing 3rd party service providers
