IT Application ManagerThe IT applications manager is responsible for managing the delivery of services using a portfolio including Epic Beacon, ClinDoc, and Orders. The manager will be responsible for the staffing and management of the team. This role will be in front of client executives on a regular basis to present how the team is doing. The manager will provide the analysis of various situations regarding the integration of Epic modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess user needs through periodic onsite visits to provide support
- Analysis of opportunities to take advantage of existing tools
- Recommend business process/workflow redesign to stakeholders
- Hire and evaluate the performance of all team members
- Set and measure performance of staff
- Ensure physicians have a high level of customer satisfaction for services and products provided
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in clinical field
- Epic certification is preferred
- 4 or more years of professional experience in the healthcare industry
- Epic implementation and support experience required
6-12 months contract, $100/hr
