consulting is seeking a Solutions Implementation Project Manager with Travel Agency(or Travel Management Company Experience) and French and English language skills, for our client, the world's leading Travel Software Company. The mission is Project Coordinate the implementation of new and existing application solutions at a customer site.
This will include:
- Acting as a single point of contact between client, its customer, Travel Agencies, and other Stakeholders
- Map functional requirements with business application solution capabilities
- Write/validate related technical specifications
- Coordinate development
- Communication and reporting
- Management of resources, budget, planning and risks
- Change/Release management
- Organize internal validation of developments
- Organize training
- Knowledge transfer with the permanent project manager
- Ensure L2/L3 support (technical related topics)
You Need
- 5 years as IT project manager
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in HR solutions is a plus (personal administration, talent management, travel and expenses, payroll)
- Tools in Employee management solutions scope (AeTM, Notilus, Contrat'tech, Meta4, ADP, Talentsoft, Cornerstone, Sharepoint)
- Experience in professional travel domain
