Description
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing all global serialization mandates across 2 major workstreams; collaborating across departments as advised by workstream leadership to get clarification on mandates
- Own and maintain mandate summary, including summary details of the mandate, timelines, high level technology, source of the data, and last date updated
- Develop detailed mandate fact sheets which will outline the detailed requirement
- Assist in meetings related to mandates and industry standards (eg US - Federal Mandate) by preparing information/slides, documenting meeting minutes
Strong Communication Skills - verbal and written
- Meeting Management - meeting preparation, scheduling, meeting summary documentation, action management
- Analytical skills - strong desire to achieve accuracy

- 4-7 years advanced MS Office desired - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
